Flim flam

There are a number of active projects on my desk at the moment relating to dbTwang:

• Bank account opening
• Registration with Revenue
• Application for capital grant with Kilkenny CEB
• Application to enter Bright Ideas competition
• Draft Shareholder and Non-Exec director agreements
• Research application into National Digital Research Centre
• Registration with the Business Angel Network
• Video project with Tipperary Institute funded by an Innovation Voucher
• Planning for the initial backend and frontend build with LLP

All necessary, some very important and all not quite what a real business is actually about. Which is getting and retaining paying customers.

So despite all of this activity we have to keep coming back to:

• Raising Angel Investment
• Launching dbTwang
• Generating Revenue
