From KenMc comes the news of the Young Irish Film Makers Youtube channel. Both myself and Ken are directors of YIFM - he earned his place after a decade of membership and creativity, I didn't :-)
We work with 8 year olds to 18 year old to help them learn self expression, confidence and team work through making films. Our members go on to Third Level media courses in Ireland and the UK and many now work in the industry.
This is the trailer for Suckers - our feature length film from summer 2007. With everyone who wrote it, directed it , acted in it and crewed it being young people it should be well received at the premiere at the end of Feburary/early March.
