Quick question - can readers recommend a good freeware/shareware HTML editor for PCs? This is for a client who does not like
- Dreamweaver (too complex)
- Coffee Cup (not sure why)
Recommendations welcome - what works for you?

Nvu looked great for a while but hasn't had a release since 2005.

PSPad is great for HTML. It also offers code highlighting for a broad array of languages/file types, including PHP, SQL, Java, JavaScript, VB, and Smarty templates. Developers have also improved the environment with a collection of script extensions written in JavaScript, VB, etc.
