For mindmapping on your iPhone - latest V comes with Horizontal and online saving and XML exports

Oblique Strategies
The Oblique Strategies deck of cards by Brian Eno and Peter Schmidt offers advice to help you solve a dilemma or push through a creative block. Free

Truphone
From Pat Phelan came the recommendation for this - kinda Skype for your iPhone which was really useful in the hotel last weekend and made calls home affordable.
