Friend who is in business in Kilkenny has 2 spare offices. Each would accommodate 4 people and each is €100 per week. Use of meeting room maybe possible.
Let me know if you are interested and I will pass on his contact details. If I was not about to move (and having factored in the space and cost of an office into the new house) I would jump at this :-)
