Valentines Day

I would like to buy my wife a nice present for Valentines Day. I was thinking about jewellery - she likes contempory pieces that are a bit of fun. Have you any suggestions, as I don’t know where to start and always leave it to the last minute! Thanks Paul.

I will suggest you have a look at the Alan Ardiff jewellery in the Design Centre.  It’s a bit different and all his pieces have a fun element and would make an ideal Valentines presents. Some of the titles are great such as “Heart of Gold “, which comes in a pendent priced at €120.

There are also earrings to match; studs which are €92 and drops for €97. There is also a pendent titled “From the Heart” for €105, and another lovely pendent titled “Sun, Moon and Stars”, priced at €120. Finally there are also unisex rings with the Heart of Gold inscription.

I am just getting the last of my Christmas shopping done and I am trying to think of a present for my sixteen year old niece. She loves clothes and fashion so I would like to get her something to wear but don’t know where to start - any ideas for me? Thanks Margery.

Buying clothes for someone especially a teenager is a big challenge as people’s style is so different and clothes are a very personal thing. I would suggest you buy her accessories - maybe a nice belt a bag, or jewellery. Don’t go for anything that has to be fitted, as you will probably have to exchange it for a different size. Believe it or not pyjamas are always a popular choice as all girls young and old like a pair of cosy p.j’s

And if you are still unsure you can always opt for a gift voucher find out what her favourite shop is and buy a voucher from there, and you cant go wrong.
